SPECIAL MANAGEMENT TOOLS – FOR OPTIMUM PROJECT CONTROL AND OVERVIEW

To proceed in a structured way, prevent duplication of processes and documentation and incorporate our wealth of experience in project management, we rely on sophisticated management tools. This significantly reduces the often annoying, administrative project time and allows our clients to be able to put more time into the technical work of the projects.

These are just some of the tools and methods we use:

Documentation is often seen as something of a drudge. Metaplan ensures comprehensible, interactive documentation of (controversial) discussions, workshops and lectures. The tool makes it easy to document effectively, to design the documents flexibly, and to minimize post-processing.

Developed by EDAG PS, EDLOP supports project management as a web-based database. Schedule and resource-based measures can be monitored by the system, and responsibilities can be tracked. It logs all steps of the project and provides a good overview of all members of the project team.

RASIC stands for: Responsible, Approval, Support, Information and Control. It provides precise task and role distribution as well as a process-related overview of all responsibilities, and it can display these in a well-structured manner.

Network planning (“critical path planning”) helps in the effective planning and control of the course of the project.
