We will take care of the electrical design, including PLC and robot programming for your lines and equipment according to your specifications, and by close networking with mechanical engineering we will ensure a high level of efficiency, quality and quantity. This includes:
Hardware design: Generation of the complete wiring diagram documentation, mounting plans for switch cabinets, cable and network routing maps with the associated parts lists.
Software design: PLC sequence and safety programming, configuring of visualization devices, field bus and network structures, drive technology and intelligent sensors and actuators from different manufacturers.
Robot programming: Virtual or real with robots from various suppliers and OEMs.
Virtual commissioning: PLC and robot programs created for the lines will be tested, and all their functions will be validated before the actual commissioning starts.

Robotics acts as an important link between engineering and realization, and connects the virtual to the real world. Using robotics, we ensure that your requirements for the production line are met. It is integrated into all engineering phases. For this, our employees design 3D-simulation cells and implement the concepts from planning and design in them, faithful to the requirements of the process.

Automated lines require suitable monitoring and control technology. We will gladly take over the design/concept, planning and implementation of a new control system, and the migration or even functional expansion of existing lines.
In our team, automation technicians work hand in hand with software developers to plan and implement end-to-end control concepts.
